{"id":104,"date":"2016-11-13T14:07:53","date_gmt":"2016-11-13T19:07:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sgv.hbnv.com\/?page_id=104"},"modified":"2020-11-12T15:39:16","modified_gmt":"2020-11-12T20:39:16","slug":"general-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sgv.hbnv.com\/?page_id=104","title":{"rendered":"Maintenance Fee\/Membership Fee"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>Services covered in the maintenance\u00a0 fee:<\/h5>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 All lawn and shrub maintenance<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 Snow Removal<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 Insurance Coverage- fire insurance on building structure and liability on exterior areas only.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 Sewer and water usage charges for common element only.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0 Administrative and operating expenses.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0 Exterior building maintenance<br \/>\n7.\u00a0\u00a0 Maintenance of common element and facilities<br \/>\n8.\u00a0\u00a0 Street lighting<br \/>\n9.\u00a0\u00a0 Solid Waste Collection<br \/>\n10\u00a0 Stonegate Lane and Water Main Maintenance<\/p>\n<h5>Maintenance Fee Payments<\/h5>\n<p>The Association maintains one account per unit.\u00a0 All assessments, interest, fees and penalties are recorded in the same account.\u00a0 All unit owners are required to keep their accounts current.<\/p>\n<p>Monthly maintenance fees are due and payable to Stonegate Village Condominium Association on the first of each month.\u00a0 Should an account balance not be paid in full by the 1Oth of the month, a late charge of $35.00 will be assessed to your unit.\u00a0 Liens will be placed on units owing four (4) months.\u00a0 Collection measures in place will start to take place on units in excess of two (2) months to $1,000 00.<\/p>\n<p>Unit numbers must be shown on all checks and correspondence\u00a0 so that the proper accounts may be credited.\u00a0 All questions on your account should be referred to Management.<\/p>\n<h5>Work Orders<\/h5>\n<p>If you need external maintenance on your unit, call or email a note to the Management Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Membership Fees<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A one-time membership fee is required of all new owners.\u00a0 The fee is $2000.00 and payable to Stonegate Village Condominium Association at the time of closing.\u00a0 The fee is assessed as a capital contribution, dedicated to capital improvements for the common element.<\/p>\n<p>Pool Fee- In order to obtain a key there is a non-refundable fee of $75.00.
