What is the Board of Trustees?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of Stonegate Village and consists of five (5) members.\u00a0 Board members are elected each year by the homeowners of Stonegate Village.\u00a0 Each year, the management company, Patrician Associates, invites homeowners to run for the Board.\u00a0 Elections are held in November at the annual meeting.<\/p>\n

Board members must be homeowners in good standing and are responsible for making decisions in the best interest of the Stonegate Village community. These decisions include budgeting, maintenance of the common areas, individual resident concerns, social events, etc.<\/p>\n

All homeowners are encouraged to participate fully to make Stonegate Village a friendly community in which to live.<\/p>\n

I’ve lived in the community with my family for some time now.\u00a0 <\/span>I first joined the board a few years ago because I had an increasing interest and concern in improving our community and budget. I’m happy with the progress we’ve made so far even with the difficulties faced since the pandemic.\u00a0 <\/span>We will continue making strides in bettering our community while also trying to keep costs down.\u00a0 <\/span>My hope is to help create a better and more positive future for our community and all of our homeowners.<\/p>\n

I have lived in Stonegate Village for 37 years with my husband and two children.\u00a0 <\/span>I assist my husband in running a busy Certified Public Accounting Office and understand the financial aspect of the Association.\u00a0 <\/span>As a Board Member for many years, I know the needs of Stonegate and it is my hope to maintain and increase the market value of the units.\u00a0 <\/span>Most of all, I enjoy the friendship of my fellow board members and unit owners.<\/p>\n

Margaret\u00a0 <\/span>Kaliczynski\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I started my professional experiences in 1997\u00a0 <\/span>in the health care field at Sunrise Morris Plains as an Assisted living Director ( in Assisted Living Section) and after that I assumed a position as a Director of Memory Care\u00a0 <\/span>for Bentley Commons\u00a0 <\/span>at Paragon Village in Hackettstown.\u00a0 <\/span>I worked there for almost 19 years until 2020.\u00a0 <\/span>This profession working with seniors was my biggest passion.\u00a0 <\/span>In 2020 my life completely changed when my husband passed away in September 2020.\u00a0 <\/span>We lived in Flanders for over 30 years.\u00a0 <\/span>After selling my house I moved to Stanhope where I\u2019m very happy.\u00a0 <\/span>I met very nice people here, and I already noticed that everybody\u00a0 <\/span>likes living here and also want to make this community to be even an more enjoyable place to live.\u00a0 <\/span>I hope that I will be able to contribute my services to this beautiful community with extremely talented and dedicated women on the board.<\/p>\n

A New Jersey Native I have lived in Essex, Mercer, Middlesex, Morris and now Sussex County.\u00a0 I am the proud mom of two very lovely daughters age 30 and 33. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, writing, singing (I am\u00a0 awful) and travel.\u00a0 <\/span>I also enjoy live music and see it whenever possible!\u00a0 <\/span>As a New Jersey Realtor, I have learned much about homes and condos, how they are built, rented, sold and maintained.\u00a0 <\/span>I work closely with several area home inspectors and Real Estate Attorneys.\u00a0 <\/span>I have a super contractor who has taught me everything I know!\u00a0 <\/span>I love to learn about how a home runs and operates, and will keep on learning!\u00a0 <\/span>If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me at any time.\u00a0 <\/span>Thank you for this opportunity to serve the Stonegate Village Community.\u00a0 <\/span>I hope to serve you well.<\/p>\n
